Affiliate Disclosure and Referral Terms

Why this page exists

At Nextday Dumpsterco, transparency and trust are at the heart of what we do. You deserve to know exactly how our business operates, how we may connect you with local dumpster rental solutions, and how we may be compensated for doing so. This page outlines the nature of our referral relationships and affiliate partnerships, and how they may influence the information and connections provided on this website.

Our business model

Nextday Dumpsterco is a locally owned dumpster rental service based in Battle Creek, Michigan, serving residents, contractors, business owners and property managers across Battle Creek and surrounding Michigan communities. In some situations we provide dumpster rental services directly. In others, based on availability, project type, location or scheduling needs, we may connect you with a licensed, independent local dumpster rental provider who can deliver the right roll-off dumpster for your project. We do not operate waste disposal facilities.

How we earn compensation

When you request a quote or call our phone number, we may refer your information to one or more independent service providers who handle dumpster rentals in your area. In some cases, Nextday Dumpsterco may receive a referral fee, commission or other form of compensation if you choose to rent a dumpster through one of these providers. This compensation helps cover the cost of advertising, website maintenance and customer support, so we can keep the service free and easy to use.

No additional cost to you

You never pay anything extra for being connected with a provider. The price you receive from an independent local dumpster rental provider is set directly by that provider, not by Nextday Dumpsterco, and whether or not we earn a referral fee has no impact on your quoted rate or service options.

Independent service providers

Each Service Provider we work with is a separate, independent company and not an employee, contractor or agent of Nextday Dumpsterco. Each is responsible for its own licensing and insurance; pricing, scheduling and operations; compliance with local waste disposal regulations; and customer service, delivery and pickup performance. We make reasonable efforts to review our referral partners, but we cannot guarantee or control the actions or quality of service provided by third-party haulers.

Accuracy and objectivity

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but content on this website, including pricing factors, size charts and descriptions, may change based on regional availability or provider updates. Our goal is always to connect you with a reliable local dumpster service, not to promote one specific company unfairly. All recommendations are made in good faith and based on local availability, service quality and your stated needs.

General information and local rules

Where this site describes a city, village, township, county, state or federal rule — about who may haul refuse, hauler licences, dumpster and right-of-way permits, state highways, construction-site containers, asbestos notices, landfill bans, covered loads or what a facility accepts — it summarizes what that government's own published code, rule or web page said when we read it in October 2026. Codes and rules change; confirm the rules for your address with your City or Village Hall, the Calhoun County or Kalamazoo County offices, EGLE or MDOT before delivery. Nothing here is legal, environmental or regulatory advice.

Your responsibility as the customer

By using this website or calling our number, you acknowledge that Nextday Dumpsterco may act as a referral and marketing service rather than as the dumpster provider for your rental; that where an independent provider handles the rental, any service agreement, billing or warranty is strictly between you and that provider; and that you are encouraged to confirm the provider's licensing, insurance and pricing before making payment or scheduling delivery.

No liability for third-party actions

Nextday Dumpsterco is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses or disputes arising from your relationship with a referred Service Provider. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage during dumpster delivery or pickup; service delays, cancellations or missed appointments; and overage charges, additional fees or miscommunication between you and the provider. Your use of a referred provider is at your own discretion and risk.

Legal compliance

We aim to follow the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on affiliate relationships and disclosure, and we aim to work only with businesses that share our standards of integrity, safety and environmental responsibility.
