How it works
Five steps, one phone call
Most bookings take a few minutes.
Step 1: Call and tell us the job
One short conversation. We ask the address and the town — the rules follow the town the property is in — what you are clearing, whether a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard or a job site, what is going in, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
Step 2: We size it and quote it flat
We recommend the most cost-effective size, so you do not pay for space you will not use or call for another pickup, and you get a clear, flat-rate price that can cover delivery, pickup, disposal and the standard rental period of 3 to 7 days. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size. If your town restricts who may haul or wants a permit, we check its rules before booking.
Step 3: Delivered where you want it
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on flat, solid ground rather than the lawn, with protective boards on request. Often same-day or next-day, when availability allows. You do not need to be home if the spot is marked and clear.
Step 4: Load it at your pace
Keep everything below the top rim and keep the problem items out — paint, solvents and oils, fuel, liquids and hazardous chemicals, tires, batteries, gas cylinders and propane tanks, medical waste, asbestos, and fridges or A/C units that still hold refrigerant. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
Step 5: We pick it up and handle the disposal
Call or message us when it is full or the job is done and we arrange prompt pickup. We work with local disposal and recycling facilities whenever possible, and materials such as metal, concrete and certain yard waste may be separated for recycling.

Which service do I need?
Describe the job and we will say. Roughly: homeowners want residential, builders want construction, businesses want commercial, people who would rather not lift want junk removal, and anyone in a hurry wants same-day.
Is the price different between services?
No — the containers and the way we price them are the same. The difference is how we size and schedule the job.
Do you offer ongoing commercial service?
Yes. Standing swap schedules and monthly invoicing are routine for property managers and contractors.
Do you serve the whole area?
Battle Creek and 15 communities around it in Calhoun, Kalamazoo, Eaton and Branch counties, each with its own page. What differs from town to town is who may haul and where a container may sit — Battle Creek, Springfield, Albion and Galesburg license haulers, Portage, Climax, Augusta, Union City and Marshall tie household trash to one contractor, and Marshall wants a City permit for any dumpster of 20 yards or more. In those places we check the local rules before booking. We are licensed and insured.
