Information we collect

We collect information to help us provide fast, reliable dumpster rental service and improve your overall experience. When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project location or service address, and details about your dumpster rental needs, such as the size, the delivery location in Battle Creek or elsewhere in Southwest Michigan, and the rental length. When you use the website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, and the pages you visit and the time you spend on the site. We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with the website and improve usability.

How we use it

To respond to quote requests and inquiries; to process and manage dumpster rental bookings; to send service updates or important information about your order; to process payments; to improve website performance and the customer experience; and, only if you have opted in, to communicate promotions or special offers. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing with service providers

We do not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties except where necessary to provide the services you request: with payment processors, with website, chat and customer communication platforms, and with delivery partners for scheduling. Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide your rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider; when we do, we share the details that provider needs to respond to your request and handle the rental — your name, contact details, project location and rental details. The Terms and Conditions and the Affiliate Disclosure explain how those relationships work. Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it or to protect our rights, property or safety.

Cookies and tracking

The website may use cookies to remember your preferences for future visits, analyze website traffic and usage trends, and personalize content and advertising campaigns. This includes analytics tools such as Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some website features may not function properly without them.

Third-party services

We may use third-party platforms for payment processing, website analytics such as Google Analytics, advertising and remarketing, and a website chat tool. These providers may have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them to understand how your information may be handled by them.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. The website uses secure servers, SSL encryption and restricted access protocols to help keep your data safe. No online transmission or electronic storage method is 100 percent secure, so while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements or resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.

Your privacy rights

You may ask to access, update or delete your personal information, opt out of marketing communications, or ask questions about how your information is used. Contact us at info@nextdaydumpsterco.com or (269) 292-6313 to make a request, and we aim to respond promptly.
